Tayseer Invoice — Medical Group Edition

Overview

A tailored edition of the invoicing platform for a medical group: medical items and services, customers and suppliers, wired directly into the tax authority.

01The challenge

A medical invoice is not a retail invoice: its lines are services with their own codes, it may be split across more than one issuer inside the same group, and much of it is created in the hospital system rather than the invoicing system.

Tax compliance does not wait: every rejected document is an open obligation that must be fixed and resubmitted.

02What we built

We used the same document engine — lines, totals and taxes as separate entities, explicit states and a stored submission identifier — with the reference codes tuned to the group’s medical services.

We added multi-issuer management inside one installation, so each entity in the group submits under its correct tax identity. Excel import covers the common case: invoices are created in the hospital system and moved here for submission.

The tracking screen surfaces rejections with their reasons so they get fixed and resubmitted rather than piling up.

03The outcome

The group submits under each entity’s correct identity from one system, and rejections get worked instead of accumulating with no visible cause.
