Creative Clouds — Structured Corporate Site

The corporate site of a technology services company, built in an unusual pattern: every section of every service and case-study page has its own table — background, business challenge, what was delivered, technologies, integrations and value delivered. 205 tables and 412 controllers, because the entire site is editable down to the last line.

Overview

A technology services company site with an unusual content model: every section of every service and case-study page has its own table, so presentation structure is guaranteed while the content stays editable to the last line.

01The challenge

A technology services firm sells through case studies: each project presented with its background, challenge, solution, technologies and outcome. The problem is that those pages change constantly — a technology added, an integration mentioned, a result updated — and any page built in code freezes.

But a generic CMS (a page with free text) loses the structure: one case study gets published with no "challenge" section, another with the sections in a different order, and the consistency that is half the value of the pitch disappears.

02What we built

We took the third path: fixed structure with free content inside it. Every section of a service or case-study page is its own entity with its own table and screen — background, challenge, what was delivered, services, technologies, integrations, value delivered, client review and other projects.

The result is that an editor cannot publish a structurally incomplete case study, nor reorder sections by accident — but owns every word inside them. That is what explains the system’s size: 205 tables is not excess complexity but the price of full editability with guaranteed structure.

Around it: a blog with fields, categories, ratings and comments; service pages per discipline (cloud, mobile, DevOps, MVP, multi-vendor marketplaces); careers pages; and counters and recognition lists.

03The outcome

The marketing team edits every word of every service and case-study page without a developer, and the presentation structure stays uniform across all of them — no case study appears missing a section or ordered differently.

What the system does

The modules that were delivered and put into daily use.

  • 01

An enforced case-study structure: background, challenge, delivered scope, services, technologies, integrations and value delivered — each section its own entity.

  • 02

Per-discipline service pages (cloud, mobile, DevOps, MVP, multi-vendor marketplaces) with editable sections.

  • 03

A blog with fields, categories, comments and article ratings.

  • 04

Careers pages: open positions, why join, and working at the company.

  • 05

Editable counters, recognition lists, best practices and development process blocks.

  • 06

Categorised FAQs, industries, business types, budgets and contact forms.

  • 07

More than four hundred controllers covering every content block on the site.
